Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically until canceled.
Once your provider approves your prescription, your order is sent to a partner pharmacy, which prepares and ships your medication. Delivery timing depends on clinical review, pharmacy processing, and the carrier. Contact support if tracking is delayed or your package arrives damaged. Tracking is available when your order is shipped. A shipping label alone does not mean the carrier has received your package. We ship within the U.S. only, and standard shipping is included in your plan price.
Stopping renewals prevents future plan charges; it does not automatically refund an order already placed. Request cancellation online in your patient portal, by email at [email protected], or by phone at +1 (949) 297-6446. You'll get a full refund if you cancel before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, or if a provider doesn't approve treatment.
