HYPERMD SUPPORT

How can we help?

For account, billing and delivery questions: [email protected] · 949-297-6446.

For medical questions, use your secure patient portal. Response times vary; messages are not monitored continuously. For a medical emergency, call 911.

How do I contact HyperMD?

For account access, billing, cancellation or delivery questions, email [email protected] or call 949-297-6446. Include a brief description of the problem. Do not email full payment-card details or medical records. For clinical questions, use your secure patient portal: patient portal.

How do I reach my care team?

Sign in to your patient portal and use secure messaging for questions about medication, side effects, dose instructions or your treatment plan. Your care may involve different licensed clinicians. Review and response times vary. Messages are not monitored continuously and this service is not for emergencies. Call 911 for a medical emergency.

How do I manage or cancel my plan?

Sign in to your patient portal and open the plan you want to manage. Review its price, renewal date and available management options. Complete the cancellation confirmation if you want to stop renewals. If you cannot find the option, email or call support. Tell us if you want all plans cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; refund eligibility for an existing order depends on its status and our Refund Policy.

Why have I paid if my order has not shipped?

Payment, clinician review and pharmacy fulfillment are separate events. Review your account for the current status. A payment confirmation is not proof that a prescription has been issued or that a package is with the carrier. Contact support if you do not understand a charge. If a clinician determines you are not eligible for treatment, our Refund Policy provides a full refund.

What if there is a delivery problem?

Contact HyperMD so we can coordinate with the pharmacy and carrier. Tell us whether the package is late, missing, damaged or incorrect. Keep the packaging and submit any prescription-label photos securely through your portal. Do not use damaged, incorrect or potentially temperature-compromised medication until the pharmacy advises you.

Can I change my dose?

Message your care team. A dose preference is a discussion request, not an approval to change treatment. Follow your current prescription instructions unless your clinician gives you new instructions.

How do I update payment information?

Sign in to your patient portal to review the charge and available payment settings. If you cannot update your payment method, contact support. Do not email card numbers. If you do not want to continue, request cancellation rather than relying on a declined or expired card to stop the plan.

Your care team

Clinical care is provided by licensed clinicians. Your clinician determines whether treatment is appropriate and what to prescribe. Availability depends on your location and the treatment. Review your clinician information in your patient portal, or contact support for help identifying your care team.

Your dispensing pharmacy

Your dispensing pharmacy and contact information are identified with your prescription and medication label. Pharmacy availability and fulfillment depend on the prescribed treatment and your location. Contact HyperMD if you need help confirming which pharmacy will fulfill your prescription.
